A three year collaborative research project supported by the EU under the Framework V programme "Competitive and Sustainable Growth"(Contract no. G3RD-CT-1999-00024) The aim of this project was to generate a free guidelines document to advise on the applications and methods for modelling EMC in vehicles. However, the advice may also be of interest to other users of electromagnetic modelling. You may request the current issue of the GEMCAR Guidelines (v2.0) here.
